Use the delivery times below as a guide and please note orders are subjected to acceptance of your order. In some cases, delivery times can take longer than expected due to customs clearance in certain countries. Covid-19 might also effect the delivery dates.

USA - DHL, £25 - 7-10 working days*

Do I have to pay Duties and Taxes? 

Whilst we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. Sigrid Maria does not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

I am an EU customer, will I have to pay duties on my order due to Brexit?

Orders destined for countries in the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If applicable, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to receive from your carrier via the post or email.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Sigrid Maria has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

 How can I track my order?

 Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel.
If you have not received this email, please get in touch to request an update, giving your order number. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.

 What do I do if an item is missing or damaged? 

Thankfully, it's rare that a delivery is ever lost in transit. If you believe your package is lost, please email us at hello@sigridmaria.com and we will try to solve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
